Strongside 60 = Strength + Conditioning

Our 60 minute class. Strongside 60 is high-intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!



Strongside 45 = Fast Pace + Conditioning

Our 45 minute class. Strongside 45 builds your base in aerobic development. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, mono-structural (cardio equipment). gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Just enough time, sweet, simple, and super sweaty!



SS Yin Yoga – A slow paces style of Yoga with long poses and deep stretches. Great for overall flexibility, recovery, and reflection.

SS Flow Yoga – In this class you will string postures together so you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The goal is to get you to move and move well while increasing flexibility and joint health.

SS Active Flow Yoga – This class stretches the body, mind, and spirit while toning muscles and releasing toxins through breath and sweat. Poses are designed to keep you moving and feeling amazing.


Strongside Compete is a competitive track. Strongside Compete is the way forward for athletes looking to compete in online or local competitions. Strongside Compete is aimed at training and developing the “non-professional” competitors. Mid-level athlete or weekend warrior, this is for you!

Our Goal With Strongside Compete:

Our goal with Strongside Compete is simple – to create an effective and fun training program that will help these athletes improve their performance in online competitions (specifically the CF Open) and local competitions. This program runs in concurrent with the Strongside 60 Program and through our program, athletes will gain access to the specific tools they need to succeed in competition while also growing a strong community of like-minded individuals.

Get the strength needed to operate in daily life, focus on agility, and train the wellness of your body. Exercises are designed to mimic and train the physical task you are faced with daily from walking to standing to going up and down stairs. This program makes your daily life easier!
