Program Description
Our 60 minute class. STRONGSIDE 60 is high-intensity training at it’s finest. This is our award winning and TV featured program for ALL fitness levels (See HERE ! ). Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio to strength training and everything in-between! Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
Our workout classes are for anyone and adjusted to everyone! Our coaches work with you in a small group setting to make you fell like you’re getting 1:1 attention. We call this “personal training at scale” - if you’re looking for a class that has it all, led by great coaches, in a wonderful/supportive community, this program is for you!
Equipment used: All! We use every tool you can think of so classes are never stagnant and you’re always progressing.
