What is STRONGSIDE Yoga and what makes it different?
To be straight....we are NOT a yoga studio. We are a functional fitness gym and we are OBSESSED with providing you with what you need and what works.
We have noticed the NEED for members to take time and dedicate it to stretching, recovery, and decompressing. This allows them to feel great, increase energy and keep active all week long.
Our highly trained and certified yoga instructors bled a mixture of YIN and FLOW yoga to meet the needs of how our members (you) are working out each week. Our yoga instructors workout in our classes and they feel just how you feel!
Each class is 60min, it’s tailored to your needs and each class is filled with longer poses and stretches for maximum recovery. This is the perfect class for the brand new person and seasoned yogi. This program is one of the most simple, yet best things you can implement into your training routine.
