“After years of yo-yo dieting, I had finally had enough. I decided to buy into a health program and drop weight once and for all. After losing 50 pounds, I needed to find a way to maintain my hard work. Over the course of the last two years, I have lived a much healthier lifestyle and tried to exercise on my own. This was great, but I just didn’t feel like I was getting stronger or challenging myself enough. My family suggested I head to STRONGSIDE with them. I dropped in for the 4th of July “1776” workout. I LOVED it and never looked back! I joined STRONGSIDE later that week and I have been challenged ever since. Not only have I maintained, but my confidence and my strength has skyrocketed due to the programming and the amazing coaches who push me to be better every class.”
