STRONGSIDE 60 = Strength + Conditioning

Our 60 minute class. STRONGSIDE 60 is high-intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

Our workout classes are for anyone and adjusted to everyone! Our coaches work with you in a slam group setting to make you fell like you’re getting 1:1 attention.
