Training Notes 

1.) Last week was fanatic and this week will be even better! We saw so much winning last week! Everything from the strict movements to the weightlifting to the skill and capacity, way to go! Seriously, I could not be more pleased with how last week went and how this week is going to go. 

2.) Our main focus is the skill capacity int hr babble movements. We have spent so much time getting very strong and we need to see how you look under fatigue. Last week was step one to see how you look while you’re tired and this week is week 2. You will see a lot of barbels and a lot of barbell work, repetitively to see how you break down. The Open is in Feb but believe it or not, it’s coming up fast and we are trying to get a gauge of where you’re at and how to process moving forward. 

3.) On the rig, we will be spending a lot of time looking at the stretch of your kip and how it breaks down, mostly in the midline and using things like Toes To Bar. You will notice that % will go away this will and there will be a lot of opportunities given for performance. We will spend a lot of time in deep warm-ups, movements, and skill to give you the best opportunity possible to capitalize on your stretch. 

4.) This is week 3 in this cycle, we have one more week after this and then we will have all the information needed to close out the cycle by Deb 15th. Keep rocking and stay focused because we are going in the right direction!
