Training Notes

1.) This has been a silly amazing start to a new Micro Cycle! Last week was awesome! I cannot say enough great things about how you performed and how your training went! This week should simply be a progression of last week, which means you’re going to CRUSH it! 

2.) This week is the last week of “laying a base” that we keep talking about. We will spend this week continuing the progression of the absolute strength lifts such as the Back Squat, Front Squat, and Deadlift. We have laid a massive base and you’re a monster! Next week, we will be able to move into a lot of gymnastics and expression of your fitness. I am really excited to put the strength you’ve gained to work! We will be on the rig more, more strength work, and a lot of fun! 

3.) Tuesdays for the next few weeks will now be called “Team Tuesday” so grab your buddy and lets get to work! 

4.) We did notice that last week, a lot of people had very sore bodies. Soreness will happen, the more you train and progress, but make sure to use the pre warm-up and cool down given each week. This will help so much with taking the soreness away and making you feel great! 

5.) Keep up the amazing attitude and the drive! I love you guys so much! Let’s rock it!
