Week 16 in Meso Cycle
Week 2 of 4 in Micro Cycle 4
1.) Woooo!! The Strongside Comp was AMAZING!! I’m so proud of all you guys! We had so many podiums, so many PR’s and so much fun! I’m truly amazed by you and all that you do!
2.) I’m going to keep it shot and simple – this week is just that, short and simple. We are ramping back up but we are a little cautious in the intensity to make sure we don’t over do it, too soon. You’ll be given some wicked strength sessions this week and next week and intensity will start back hard next week.
3.) We will spend a lot of time learning movements, strategies, and intensity. I want to spend a lot of time focusing on progression. I’m truly excited for your future!
