Week 2 of 4 in Micro Cycle
1.) Capacity development is the focus! We are hammering volume and capacity in volume every day. You’ll be seeing a heavy focus on linear % work on heavy lifts, skill work, and gymnastics under fatigue. We will still be hitting an “Open” workout every Friday to prep and testing starts in 2 weeks. Short, simple, affective, let’s rock and roll!
