Week 2 Of 4 In Micro Cycle 3 Of 5
1.) This week is a great week! You have been advancing and crushing it in this cycle. You will notice that this week, we are advancing a few things in the cycle because you have gotten that much stronger and fitter. You will notice days like Friday, the accessory exercises will become more challenging. You will also notice things like Monday where the work is very long at a low intensity level, however, the work (things you have to do) is very difficult. These workout produce massive gainzzz in your aerobic system and muscular stamina.
2.) As we have been discussing, the accessory training is very important and I want you to take full advantage of it’s value. It is ok to feel isolation in one muscle and it is ok to be very sore in one specific area. That means the muscles are growing and you worked the right area. This will in turn allow to get the “gianz” you want in the big lifts or gymnastics movements.
3.) MURPH is just around the corner and I know you’re ready to execute on this! I know you’re ready to challenge yourself in the movements and do the best you can! I know you’re ready to improve form last year! :). Keep that in mind, train hard, and lets rock MURPH! 🙂
