1.) I hope you had an amazing time with MURPH! That was outstanding! :). I am so proud of you and what you have accomplished, you truly pushed yourself to become the best version of yourself. You should be proud!
2.) This week continues the strength work from last week and the progression in new movements. We have a lot of grit work. You are building a lot of capacity and a lot of strength. You will notice that the complexity of things goes down this week, meaning that there not any muscle-ups or OHS for example. However, there is a ton of intensity and high heart movements this week to build you the motor needed to express the high skill while you’re tired.
3.) This week is also heavily focused on the progression of your strength work and complex work. We will be pushing hard for speed, advancement in the strength movements such as the sumo deadlift and more. This week is advancement week and let’s keep the needle moving!
