Week 3 of 4 in Micro Cycle 2
1.) Yoga stats this Sunday!! 4pm every Sunday Starting may 7th (soon t one adding 11am on Fridays) and the first 2 weeks are FREE!! That’s right! May 7th and May 14th is open and free to all members and non members! Come try it out and have some fun!
2.) This is week 1 in Strongside’s new location! Lets have a blast breaking this place in and pushing to the limit! Come try it out, challenge yourself, and do your absolute best!
3.) This week you will see a little more enfaces on conditioning. you will never neglect strength training but as we “play” with some odd objects and new equipment we will focus a little more on conditioning.
4.) Pease note the email that was sent to you about operations at Strongside 2.0 and a few changes – pleas bring all your gear to class.
5.) Your biggest take away form this week needs to be fun. Have fun, work hard and stay humble. Enjoy the process and love it. Try new things this week, get challenged in things you may have never done before and enjoy excelling in your craft :). In essence just get better than yesterday. This will be a very fun week as we kick off week one in our new home!
