Week 3 Of 4 In Micro Cycle 3 Of 5
1.) This is the final week of this micro cycle. After this week, we will remain in the large Meso Cycle of “Lean & Mean” however, some of our small objectives will change. This last cycle has been amazing and I’m hoping to close it out strong! By isolating a lot of movements, we have gained a lot of strength and really pushed further in your big movements. We saw a lot of people get their first pull-up, PR muscle-ups, and gain massive strength. Keep up the good work!
2.) You will notice that the theme each week is relatively the same – for example, Mondays tend to be a little longer and focus on straight capacity. Remember, no intensity, no result. Each day, even the small days play critical rolls in increasing performance. Although the small exercise such asa front raise seem so minimal, think of the big picture of your training.
3.) Specific objectives and goal times will be set in class. Let end this cycle strong! 🙂
