Week 1 of 5 in Micro Cycle 3
1.) Week 3 of The Open and you’re doing AMAZING! All training notes from past weeks apply (you can scroll back) as we are in the same cycle.
2.) Make sure to attend Thursdays as we are focusing a ton on mobility work for de-loading. Train hard and recovery well. We are focused on de-loading, multi joint work and aerobic capacity. We want to keep your big joints open and moving fresh. Let’s keep rocking and rolling! 🙂
