Week 3 of 5 in Micro Cycle 3
1.) Training notes from all previous weeks still apply and will apply for the next 2 weeks until the end of The Open
2.) Since last weeks open WOD was not as metabolically taxing, we have a little more aggressive WOD’s earlier in the week. You will start to de-load on Wednesday and recover a lot on Wednesday and Thursday to make sure you’re ready for Friday.
3.) Thursdays are a GREAT day to attend as we are learning a ton of mobility work to implement into your training. You will prefer a lot and feel great! Let’s crush the next 2 weeks of the open and end on a good note! You’re killing it so far! 🙂
