“Jacked & Tan”
Week 3 of 4 in Micro Cycle
1.) Happy week 3! We are still on the same program we have talked about during this micro cycle. This week and need week will continue to be “simple” and very much task priority. We are advancing a little in the since of giving you a little more conditioning but the movements are still “simple” :). The majority of your sessions this week are task driven to control the work you get done do we keep you under tension and stress for the needed time frames to get “Jacked & Tan”
2.) One of our main goals if still to increase strength in ROM. You’ll notice strict movements, awkward movements, and new movements this week just like the past 2 weeks in an effort to improve that.
3.) Again, just like the last 2 weeks you will notice that you are challenged in strength a lot, meaning your muscles will feel it long before your lungs. The WOD’s are simple but it is imperative that you attack them with 100% efforts. The time caps are aggressive but they are achievable. This is going to be a great week and I’m excited!
4.) Please make sure to arrive early to do the pre warm-up and give yourself 5min when the workout is over to d the cool down. Reward yourself with feeling good!
