Week 2 Of 2.5 For Testing!
Testing = Week 2
Testing Dates: Dec 27th – January 10th
1.) Week 2 of testing! Only 1/2 week left after this. As you can see and as promised the intensity will go up. Several days have 3 test per day which means we have a lot to do :). All the fitness to bring in 2018! This is a very important time for you and your training. We will be assessing and ramping up after this until The Open stating Feb 22nd.
2.) We have 1 class on New Years Day (Monday) at 10:00AM and we will be filling out the GOAL CARDS we have been talking about! Get ready! – This is your year!
3.) Testing is only Mon – Fri. Remember to log on Zen Planner and remember that attendance is key so you can track your progress!
4.) “Fitness Is Sport Seminar” is this Saturday at 12pm! This is open to everyone! Bring anyone and everyone who may be interested! Let’s have a blast!
