Week 2 of 4 in Micro Cycle 2
1.) Your conditioning is going thru the roof! We are in full expression of your skills, basically it’s time to show yourself what you can do! Your strength work is full capacity work and your WOD’s are no joke. We are tackling two regionals workouts this week, just like last week along with an open WOD on Friday.
2.) From a competitive standpoint (simply just you vs you – trying to be better than yesterday) you need you work the kinks out before The Open. What I mean by that is to pay attention in the WOD’s, look at weaknesses and figure out how to make them better. Do not just go thru the motions, look at your WOD’s as practice and literally develop skill. I am absolutely blown away with your level of conditioning as that is out only focus at this point. We have spent serious time training strength an developing skill, now I’m asking you to show what you go and it’s beautiful! 🙂
