What will my first time in your gym be like?

We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in! You will be greeted by our amazing team and taken on a tour of the facility. We will review the schedule with you, how the classes work and which ones are best for you. We will then introduce you to our amazing coaches and get you all set for class. We will guide you and work with you during every single session

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

Great question! We are open 7 days a week and our program is built so you could come every single day but we don’t expect everyone to. 3x a week is amazing to start with. 4-5x per week will have people noticing your results, left and right!

I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?

Yes. At STRONGSIDE, everyone is welcome and everyone is equal. Nobody here is a professional athlete. We are all just regular people trying to get a little better every day. Everyone is working their best and we welcome new members daily! Our coaches are professionals at coaching and they will meet you where you’re at to bring you up. Nobody in the class can “hold up the class” and you will never feel inadequate. Our goal is to make you feel like the winner you are! Yes, it’s hard work, but we got you
