Week 22 In Meso Cycle

Week 5 of 6 In Micro Cycle
1.) We are getting close to teasing and you are SOOOOO ready!! I mean WOW, all of your gainzzz!! The past 2 weeks of this this cycle, coming off of all the aerobic work, has been amazing! We have had very few missed lifts, lots of “accidental PR’s” and so much more. I am so proud of all you guys and your progress is spot on! 🙂
2.) This week has a lot of sprinting, high anaerobic outputs and strength work. Not just “strength work” but high % and high reps in your strength work. We will also be spending a lot of time on technique and drills, such as Tuesday for OHS. As your strength and ability progresses, we need to progress your skill as well.
3.) We are still getting some snap shots and hitting a few Open WOD before the testing cycle to see how we fair. Bar MU, TTB, and more skill work is also being testing because not only are we preparing for the testing cycle but The Open as well
4.) ARE YOU NEW?!?! – Don’t worry if everything above just made you go “what?” – I know where you’re at and how you’re doing, I got you :). We will keep progressing your movements just like we did last week. You’re on the right path, keep crushing it and trust the process.
