6pm – 7pm – – Cardio & Core! 

Just show up and we will take care of the rest! All athletes will be taken through a base building aerobic session and anaerobic session to build your endurance and stamina for the WOD classes. We will then end a great core training session to strengthen & tone your abdominal muscles! 🙂
