350/300m Row – SPRINT

Wednesday 

A.) Rowing Intervals

750/650m – Goal pace = row faster than the 1k PR pace

B.) Running Intervals

400m – Below mile PR pace

Rest 45sec

2x200m Sprint – Rest 30sec after each 200m – INASNE!
