Week 1 of 4 In Micro Cycle 3
1.) Week 1 of a new Micro Cycle! :). We are moving into more expression in your weightlifting of a full Clean & Jerk and Snatch. We are also advancing some skill work as well and showing off your strength.
2.) You will notice that you have several sessions this week that are a bit longer than normal. We are going to shock your aerobic system a little this week since the last few weeks have bene mostly anaerobic. Get ready to work for a long time 🙂
3.) Other that that, get ready for some awesome work this week! Max outs on some lifts that we missed in the testing cycle are next week! 🙂
