Week 4 of 4 in Micro Cycle 2
1.) Here we go! Week 4 of 4 in this training cycle! All training note form previous weeks apply.
2.) Truly, your only goal is progressing in your strength, lifts, and tempo. For 8 weeks now we have been hammering tempo and strength in your ROM. After this week as we move into your next 4 week cycle, you will se massive progress in skill. You may not realize how much stronger you have gotten, now it’s time to express it :).
3.) Things like a max snatch, Clean, Clean & Jerk, tons of MU and more are coming your way! :). Everyone, regardless of fitness level is about to realize how much the last 8 weeks has helped you and your gainzzz!
