Week 3 of Meso Cycle 2 in 2017
Week 3 of 4 in Micro Cycle 1
1.) We are in week 3 of 4 in this Micro Cycle. You should definitely be seeing the objectives we have been talking about in class coming into play. We are doing Olympic Weighting nearly 4 times per week, heavy gymnastics conditioning and a lot of skill & capacity work. You should also be seeing a lay over in formatting such as the Snatch and Clean & Jerk – the weights are nearly the same but the complexes are getting more and more aggressive! It’s ok though, you’re an animal!
2.) I am really excited for where we will be able to go in 2 weeks once this 4 weeks cycle is over because the overall attendance has been great! Not to mention how much intensity you have bene giving! We are building back a very solid base in your strength after The Open and getting ready for the “Jacked and Tan” cycle after this.
3.) REMINDER!! – No class Saturday due to the Jump-N-Rope clinic!
