Week 13

Week 4 of 4 in Micro Cycle

 
Notes
1.) This is the last week of this cycle before the big sexy stuff!!
2.) This week we will be hammering accessory work and midline stabilization like all previous weeks in this cycle but then we are moving on! We will be moving on to straight training for the 2017 CrossFit Open! We will be focusing on straight expressions, fun WOD’s, Open/Regional WOD every Friday until the open – all then things you love! This is the most fun type of training because you get to see exactly how fit you are and you have plenty of time to improve!
3.) As this week wraps up our micro cycle (the Meso Cycle isn’t over until Dec 9th and we tart testing) you’ll see a heavy focus on capacity in strength, IWT WOD format, and accessory work. Remember, these are the little things you do to make the big sexy things a lot better. This is where the magic happens!
