Week 5 of Meso Cycle
“Jacked & Tan”

Week 1 of 4 in Micro Cycle 2

 

Notes
1.) Week 1 of a new 4 weeks cycle! :). You will see some changes this upcoming week that will stay for 4 weeks. One big change you’ll see is that you’re conditioning will go up a good bit. When you do the conditioning you’ll be doing things that get you more “Jacked” for example but it will be done with high reps and advanced gymnasts to increase skill. After this 4 week period you’ll see us go back to a little more simple lifting with heavy volume. This progression and regression in load will help your muscles grow and less change of injury or plateau
2.) Be ware of the workouts this week – they look simple and we all know what that means 🙂
3.) Most chains and bands god away this week but don’t worry, they will be back shortly
