Week 4 of 4 in Micro Cycle
1.) This is the final week in this Micro Cycle, next week you’ll see some changing in the to more barbell work and barbell cycling in the WOD’s.
2.) Last weeks capacity work went absolutely outstanding and I could not be more thrilled with where we are standing going into The Open, we are less than 40 days away!
3.) This week will be similar to last week but same objectives. Remember, no intensity, no results – 100% effort and intensity must be given to yield the best results. We have increased out intensity and effort as many of you have noticed and we have discussed. Keep up the great work and let’s keep rocking!
