1.) As we enter this week, we are just 10 days away from the 2018 CrossFit Open! :). This is such an exciting time! This is an opportunity for you to be your best self, create the best version of yourself and challenge the person within you! Now is your time to shine and we are going to have a great time!
2.) We are going to learn a lot of skill this week. We will break down a few rig movements such as TTB and we will also be going over a lot of DB moments since we KNOW they will be in the open. We will learn DB Overhead Lunge, DL, and more! We are still focused on intensity intervals, capacity work and absolute strength. However, we also need to carry those volumes with skill and the ability to do work. We will be focusing on precession of the movements so you can do them fast with purpose and skill while opening your lungs.
3.) All in all, get ready for a lot of progress. You have build up so much raw strength and now is the time to apply it to your skill!
