After having my 3rd child, I decided it was officially time to lose the weight I had put on over the years. I had never really worked out or attempted to get in shape before so I didn’t have a clear plan on how to do it. My husband signed us up for training with Mitchel’s group classes and thought it might be a good place to start. It has changed our lives! I didn’t know it when we started, but it was exactly what I needed. Mitchel has been our trainer and has taught us so much. In 3 short months, I have come so far. I had no idea that my body even had the ability to build as much muscle as it has. It’s such a great feeling to see your body change for the better and to know that all your hard work is paying off. I started at 158lbs and I am now down to 141lbs. I haven’t weighed this much since the day I got married! The best part is that I’m only getting started. I have learned so much about nutrition from Mitchel. I have not only been able to apply these tools in my life but in my family’s lives as well. I love the group setting of Strongside as well. You build relationships with the people in your class and together are able to help each other to be better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to push themselves physically. I am so thankful for Mitchel and the Strongside for all it has taught me! I can’t wait to see where I go from here!
