All memberships include unlimited classes and nutrition coaching! You can come as much as you want with any membership, we want you to come! We work with you to find the best attendance plan that fits your needs.
The Strongside Membership Guarantee To You
1.) Over time our prices will increase for various reasons but we will never raise our membership fees for current members! Once you’re a Strongside, you will stay at that price and receive all the benefits.
2.) Your membership also includes 1:1 nutrition meetings with Founder, Head Coach, and Nutrition Coach, Mitchel Black! He personally meets with every member to discuss training and goals. You will meet 1:1 for an hour to review the Strongside (4 page) metabolism questionnaire to see how your body is working and how it should be addressed. We treat everyone as individual as possible we start by addressing your needs! We are here to coach you!
For every member you refer to Strongside, you will receive 10% off of your membership for as long as they are a member. This is cumulative, the more people you send, the more you’ll save all the way until you’re membership is free!

This is an 8 week introduction program. Athletes (that’s how we refer to everyone who trains at Strongside) will train 3x a week in a small group setting with others who are in the On-Ramp program. If you think you need a starting point to get in shape, this program is for you! The On-Ramp program is designed to teach movements, form, intensity, and proper training. During the 8 week period you will learn about training and nutrition while getting awesome workouts! At the end of the 8 weeks, you can advance into the WOD class full time! Please see the schedule tab for days and times.
Strong Tots (kids program)
$60 per month and 10% off for all additional children!
Children are split into 2 levels based on ability (Level 1 and Level 2). Each class is centered around progressing the children physically and mentally with understanding and leadership skills. They will learn how to exercises, eat right, and how to make this a lifestyle. The training is fun with constant games, activities, and many ways to progressively get better!
